This is a lithographic printing machine. There are a number of rollers running along the machine. Each printing a different colour... usually C M Y K, onto the stock. The stock is usually no thicker than card due to the limitations of the machine.

This is a lithographic print for kings of leon it is a special edition and so would of been a small run as I should imagine just 100 would have been printed to make it more special.
