Large/one off print productions.

This image is definitely digitally printed. As it will be a one off for the various sizes and objects the print it covering.

I should imagine this would be rotogravure print as it is such a large image. And there are more than one of them. But this is one I will have to come back to.

lithographic printing

This is a lithographic printing machine. There are a number of rollers running along the machine. Each printing a different colour... usually C M Y K, onto the stock. The stock is usually no thicker than card due to the limitations of the machine.

good to break down the elements of the printer so that it isn't just put in the category of a machine. Important to know what it actually does and why it does it.

This is a lithographic print for kings of leon it is a special edition and so would of been a small run as I should imagine just 100 would have been printed to make it more special.
